If your child is going to be absent for the day, please report this to the school office by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the absence, either by phoning the office at 604-534-6564 or via email to email@example.com.
When your child returns after their absence, the Ministry of Education requires a note containing the following information be sent to school:
- Student’s name
- Student’s grade
- Date/s of absence
- Reason/s for absence
- Parent’s signature
